This set of bylaws was approved by the Fun Times Singers membership on Aug 2, 2023.
This document is the complete set of active bylaws and supercedes any bylaws document that predates it.

Overview of recent modifications

Section 1. Name and Purpose - remove references to mentoring groups like the Choraliers.
Section 7. Officers and Their Duties - add duties associated with having Employees to President and Treasurer lists.
Section 13. Contractors - extend this section to include services provided by Employees in addition to Contractors.
Section 14. Choral Director - add a recognition of the Choral Directors duty to select the ensembles for the concert.

4.5 Term of Office - the term limit for directors on the board has been eliminated.

9.2 Absence of Quorum - agenda items that could not be approved at a meeting due to an absence of a quorum may be approved subsequently by an e-mail vote.
